Transitions

In a month, I’ll be out of a job when my contract ends. Honestly, i thought I had at least 5 more months. I did math on how long I can survive on savings but I would still be 10 months short living on just the necessities like food and transport. Everything else would have to be from “rainy day” savings.

But I know that’s what I want to do, knowing I won’t go back to the media industry. I guess a certain degree of sacrifices would have to be made, I’ve had a pretty brilliant life so far and because I’ve worked, I haven’t lacked anything. 

New season, new challenges, new areas to grow :)
